This Townhouse in North London underwent a full refurbishment with new extension.

A complex arrangement of steelwork and frames was required to navigate the different first floor levels and removal of load bearing walls to the ground floor.

This required full modelling of the steelwork and providing the contractor with connection details.

The extension was beautifully finished with vertical and horizontal stacked, corbelling brickwork which complemented the glazed openings.
