This previously reconfigured townhouse in Notting Hill underwent a revamp that included demolition of the internal walls and rear extension.
Key to the design was retaining and repurposing the existing structure such as to provide a sustainable and economic solution.
Exploratory works were specified early on such that the existing members could be factored into the design with bolted connections and strengthening specified to negate the requirement of site welding.
