Originally an agricultural barn building to be transformed into three new build private dwellings with a single storey basement across the site to provide below ground car parking.

Existing pre-cast concrete portal frames forming the original barn structure were sensitively retained and integrated into the proposed structural framing for the new build houses.

Temporary works and sequencing carefully considered to retain the original and protected original framing elements throughout the construction process, including the formation of the basement reinforced concrete box.
